As a registered Case Worker with the Ladies of Charity Clothes Closet and Food Pantry, we kindly ask that you acknowledge the following policies:
- 1. Our shelf space is limited. We ask that you pick up on the requested date used on the order. We will contact you if your order pick-up needs to be rescheduled.
- 2. Orders will be re-shelved if not picked up 1 week after pick up date has passed.
- 3. You may have another team member pick up your order. We are not at liberty to serve your clients directly, so please do not instruct your client to pick up an order or contact us individually.
- 4. We are the Ladies of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul. We are similar in mission to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, but we are separate organizations. We are not a SVDP store and do not accept SVDP vouchers for clothes or other items.
